Princess hair

Taking the old adage "your hair is your crown" quite literally I created a princess crown hairstyle for Josie this week. Using a star parting pattern I made two strand twists and connected each of them all around her head. It was quite adorable and Jo loved telling everyone she was a princess.

I think I could do that one when our little one's hair gets longer! We can do star parts and we can do twists. We are a long way from learning to make cornrows flat to the head without lots and lots of loose fuzz, so thank you for the inspiration of something that looks beautiful and doesn't actually look like it's technically that difficult!
